Pre-Order Policy

What are Pre-orders? 

Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. They are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival to our store. Each collection or item available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping date. These dates are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to update our site with any changes.

Pre-Order Shipping Date

If a product is set to Pre-Order (which will be noted in the product title) please look at the product's description for an accurate shipping date.  Please kindly note, Pre-orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed. However, if you wish to change your item to another item which is in stock/arriving sooner, you may do so. Just let us know ASAP so you will not be charged our restocking fee upon initiating a refund. 

Refund Policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us HERE. If your return is accepted, you will have to ship the item back to us, and include your return confirmation email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items may be not be eligible for returns. This will be stated in the product description and is the responsibility of the customer to find out before purchasing. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Legal 

All parts manufactured by Squareone Creations are designed for off road use only and are explicitly NOT DOT approved. Squareone Creations cannot be held liable for any unforeseen damages to the vehicle or injuries during use or installation. Upon purchasing the buyer accepts full liability for any injury or property damage that may occur while using products manufactured by Squareone Creations . Squareone Creations will not be responsible for any damage or injury that may occur during installation.
